Chief Medical Officer's Log, Supplemental.

This will be my final entry to the USS Cygnus, as I am taking an indefinite leave of absence from Starfleet. It has been my honor and privilege to serve as the primary physician for this fine crew. I leave them in the very capable hands of Doctor Raviran Datek-Winters. Ravi, this is your Sickbay now. Take care of it, take care of the crew. Their health is your responsibility now. I know you have what it takes.

On a more personal note, I must confess that the task that has been handed to me by the Prophets is daunting, to say the least. Producing enough vaccine to inocculate the entire planet, working out the logistics required to distribute it to even the most remote areas of Antioch, and coming up with a treatment for those who are already affected by the virus, would be an arduous task even with Federation modern equipment, but here I'll be working with equipment that is technologically two hundred and fifty years old. I pray that the Prophets have not led me down an impossible path.
